Now today with "crooked earth" i got hooked for good in Maori movies🎬 talking about strong men😠😝, magnificent women ❤, people who like to sing together🎸🎶 and wonderfull landscapes🌄 ....!!!🤩 I want more of that stuff so if you have movie names i'm a buyier 😊👍👍👍🎉

That is one of the best films I've seen to come out of New Zealand. There is something about the whole beliefs of tribal tradition that puts a lot of people's lives into turmoil and confusion which always leads to one person who disrupts time to gain only for what the leader is cursed with need for power. Unfortunately power and crime and the financial gains that can be achieved by criminal ways can blind the actual goals for the people. This is what and how the world today rolls on. Crime and wrong people in power.

not sure about "thousands of generations", the maori occupation of NZ is pretty recent by comparison. they were'nt big on conservation either and systematicaly wiped out many species starting with the easiest to hunt which was a problem, the poor old moa went first. i've not been there yet but its clearly a beautiful place and the people are staunch. they make some awesome movies, BAD TASTE is a classic.
