    食譜:
    高筋粉 300g
    糖 30g
    鹽 3g
    酵母 5g
    奶粉 15g (可不加)
    蛋1隻
    牛奶+溫水 160g
    牛油 20g
    椰絲餡:
    椰絲 80g
    糖 40g (可加可減)
    牛油 40g
    蛋 1隻
    (全部混合。保持室溫備用)
    麵團:
    高筋粉、糖、鹽、奶粉、酵母、蛋、奶全部混合
    靜置30分鐘
    推開成團後加入牛油
    發酵約1小時
    取出麵團排氣
    分等份滾圓休息15分鐘
    麵團平均推開抹上椰絲餡
    造型後放模具內
    待二次發酵後塗上蛋液
    (烤溫參考)
    預熱焗爐160度焗20分鐘

    recipe:
    Bread flour 300g
    Sugar 30g
    Salt 3g
    Yeast 5g
    15g milk powder (optional)
    1 egg
    Milk + warm water 160g
    Butter 20g
    Shredded coconut filling:
    80g shredded coconut
    Sugar 40g (can be added or subtracted)
    Butter 40g
    1 egg
    (Mix all. Keep at room temperature for later use)
    Dough:
    Bread flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, yeast, eggs, and milk are all mixed
    Let stand for 30 minutes
    Push it apart and add butter
    Ferment for about 1 hour
    Take out the dough to exhaust
    Round into equal portions and rest for 15 minutes
    The dough is evenly pushed out and smeared with coconut filling
    Put in the mold after modeling
    Coat the egg liquid after the second fermentation
    (Baking temperature reference)
    Preheat the oven and bake at 160°C for 20 minutes

    반죽을 꺼내서 지치게 한다.
    같은 크기로 반올림하고 15분 동안 쉬세요.
    반죽을 고르게 밀어내고 코코넛 필링으로 얼룩지게 합니다.
    모델링 후 금형을 넣습니다.
    2차 발효 후 달걀물을 묻힌다.

    오븐을 예열한 후 160℃에서 20분간 구워줍니다.

      Thank you for your quick response. Do you mean 80g water and 80g milk, or 160g half & half in lieu of the milk water mixture?
