yes! ever since i began addressing my self esteem and the way i perceive myself, my reality conformed to my new beliefs 🤍 and ultimately, i became happier and could experience life more carefree than what i used to .. basically 'unbothered' would suffice to describe in 1 word 😂 btw, please make a video about trauma (during and after) regarding healing, how our brain changes as a result, etc. would appreciate it to hear it coming from you based on your experiences ❤ lots of love 🫂

do you think that shadow work or self reflection negatively affects the law of assumption? for example im trying to work on being a less reactionary person so i reflect on the times where i have impulsively acted but wouldnt the law of assumption say that if you keep reliving these and going back to these moments that i am still creating them? im trying to affirm as well through revision but i dont know what else to do.
shadow work is great and important, remember what we resist persists so conquering our inner shadow and reflecting is definitely important, it won’t keep you from manifesting ☺️🤍
