Does the bottom take 1/4-20 screw, i.e., can the pole be mounted on top of something else?

Do you think the MT-47 is better than the MT-43?
depends what you want it for, the MT47 i use as my vlog camera at home but the MT43 is good to take out vlogging as its a bit lighter
