The quilts you have shown are so great, I like the first one, which looks like a garden! I agree with you, Karen Stone's book is a great one for New York Beaty Quilts. Thanks for such a nice video!
I love the fabric you have used in the quilt you're going to teach us about..I have never attempted anything like this, really excited to see if I can do it, thanks for the effort you put into your tutorials, it is really appreciated 😀☘
@@QuiltingWithNancy I am second guessing my fabric choices. I'm doing this to turn into a pillow for a swap in my FB group.. yours are spot on beautiful!! Your tips have helped me make these possible.. !!
Can I ask is this going to be a free quilt along? and are you going to provide a pdf for the pp so we can fallow along and do this with you? Your Quilts are beautiful!! you sure know how to pick your colors that look nice together. Thank you so much I do really enjoy your CZcams Chanel :)
Your work is amazing! I love all your videos your instructional ones are very well done -- you do not go to fast thru instructions. Curious....I may have missed an explanation...why are all these quilts named the same? When they are clearly very different? Sorry if this was covered.... Look forward to the series. Thank you for sharing your amazing skill and knowledge!
Hi Sharon - thanks for watching and the encouraging words :)these are all in the New York Beauty family - all with points in a 1/4 circle block - these just happen to be some of my favorites that I have made - I have many lots others that are not NYB's - did you check our my Learning to Quilt videos? and the Lonestar videos? soon we will start a series on Log Cabins, Rail Fences, Machine Appliqué, Quilt-as-you-go and more - keep watching and sharing :)
Thanks so much for the tutorial. I've done paper piecing before and love it. I heard you say you use Electric Quilt to design your New York Beauty quilts now. I have version 8, but have yet to find a NYB block that includes a curved section of Flying Geese, which I love. I've seen many NYB quilts with the flying geese and wonder if you would recommend how to add that in EQ8.
Hi Sharon, I am pretty sure I know how to design that - I'm thinking this would be a great CZcams Live!! keep watching and I put this on the list of things to do this summer when it's raining outside :) - Nancy
OnPoint-TV Thanks Nancy, I look forward to a tutorial! BTW, your quilts are marvelous. I love the borders and other design elements you added to give them additional personality! Shari
