    If I am weightlifting in the gym I want this guy to be my spotter. When I get in trouble, he'll lift the weight off me with one hand.

    In my next training session, I will make sure to open my mouth and say ahh when I initiate the pull from the ground. I am convinced that it'll give me the power to lift heavier.

      That highly depends on the individual. I don't think Lu's proportions would allow him to be stronger at a higher body weight. It would actually make him slower and maybe even weaker. He might end up loosing some flexibility on the process too.

      He's 36 years old, turning 37 in a couple months. I think he's ready to retire soon, he also severely injured himself about 2½-3 years ago and still going strong. He is pushing his limits.

    i don't know but when i see luxiaojun lifting weights i feel knee pain, his legs do not look strong, this guy when is older is going to suffer a lot for all this weights

      @@hermitboi6622 both legs are strong, for sure, super strong, but i heard from him that before of any competition he take more than hour in massage for pain in his joins, when he gets older the pain will be bigger, and this athletes suffer from a lot of pain in the end of their career even back injuries

      In ANY sport at the elite level the athletes come away with injuries

      @@haroldpepete but it's the same for any sport. Except Powerlifting and fighting what sport can you be at the top level in your 40s?
      People seem to place a lot of blame on weighifting but if you think about it the force put through your joints when sprinting at maximum speed is probably just as bad
