My fingerboard setup broke | How to fix a blown out pivot cup

I've been shredding this fingerboard setup for a long time now and it finally happened - one of my parts failed! I use loose trucks which means there is a lot of wear and tear on the pivot cups. Eventually, this wear and tear broke down the pivot cup. I am brutal to my gear, so it's incredible it lasted this long for a part to fail!
Today I'm going to take my setup apart, and you can see the tools and techniques I use to setup a fingerboard.
