I think it’ll always take longer than estimated time if you’re doing it for the first time, since you gotta read directions a bunch and are trying to follow carefully. But once you’re used to it, you can make it more efficiently :)
@@0Blaire0 I don't know about that, a lot of recipes claim something takes 30 minutes but then as you read it they expect all vegetables to be chopped or the other standby, they claim onions will be cooked in like 2 or 5 minutes
My pet hate is a recipe that starts with 'pre heat your oven' and further down it says things like 'rest the mixture for an hour in the fridge'

I just want to say, this channel has transformed my existence, I started watching these videos because I liked the energy of them (I was not plant based or even vegetarian at the time) and I liked the videos and the energy you give off so much that when you suggested books to read I read them, and I LOVED THEM, not only that they have completely changed my entire life, I am now mostly plant based because of "how not to die" I am now dedicating my life to conciousness work and I have to thank "a new earth" for introducing me to this new perspective, and I have to thank you and your journey for providing this resource for free online for the benefit of others. I just finished up my second Bowl of the mushroom Curry and i am in love🙌🏽🙌🏽 I left out the spinach and swiched out the spices to what I already had at home and it's absolutely worth trying!😍

You can definitely see it was made by people who know not just food but also cooking, recipes and are passionate by healthy eating. Well done, Robin. Great concept too - as chef Cousteau said, “everyone can cook” - yes, from these recipes they can!

“Why is it called white? It’s brown.” Hahahaha I have the same question for my miso paste!
The translation is wrong. Actual white miso is crème colored and kinda sweet. Red miso is a dark red-brown color and very strong in flavor, similar to soy sauce. What western people call “white miso” is actually a mix of white and red miso - hence the brown color. It’s correctly called “Awase miso” - “matched miso”, which, as the name implies, matches both miso types together to create the perfect tasting miso. ❤️❤️❤️ Much love from Japan
