Yes, our work should speak not person's
Many strong women are not allowed to be recognized by their husbands only. Those husbands enjoy "respectful" status only because they are male members in the family, though they lack performing their main duty as head of the house and all the burden is borne by the female partner. And surprisingly the family members also keep mum even though they know what is the reality! It clearly shows however nice the in-laws are those poor wives are still "outsiders!"

I have utmost respect for her but someone tell her that even a when the child is born, he is a son, later, he’ll be a husband, a father, he’ll be a father -in-law, brother in law, and a grandfather too. Relations are not limited just to women and men too play various roles in their life including being an employee or a boss while facing the whole fake feminism and double standards these days
