here is a restaurant style Chicken Recipe for you..! Chicken Kondattam.. Perfect side dish for Poratta, Chapathi, Rice, Roti etc..Just try and enjoy the taste..!!
Ingredients
Chicken - 1 Kg
Red Chilly Powder - 1 tbsp.
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 3/4 tsp
Salt
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp.
Curry Leaves
Oil to Shallow fry
Red Chilly - 4 nos
Curry Leaves
Onion chopped - 1/2 cup
Shallots Chopped - 1 Cup
Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/8 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt
Tomato Sauce - 3 tbsp.
Water - 1/4 Cup
Red Chilly Flakes - 2 tbsp.

That is not chicken kondattam, it is fire chicken. 😂😂 Wow what a recipe. The ingredients added would sure give it a delicious taste. A fantastic side dish to be enjoyed during the rainy season.
