Thanks for playing my map guys, it was alot of fun watching you discover the things I hid. You found the kitchen, nice! The bedroom is mainly viewable close to the green switch, but you can also see other parts of it in the vent area and the mouse hole by the mop. I grew up in the 80s and this was what a lot of bathrooms looked like then, so that was part of my inspiration. There's not an intended way to get into the clock, though I have found you can break the glass and get into it that way. The separation you saw on the top is because the front is connected by bearings to make it more optimized, otherwise breaking the glass would lag the game down for a few moments. The same applies to the mirror and window. There are quite a few other hiding spots, at least 40 intended ones and lots of other unintended ones... You said something about the toilet paper? There is indeed something about the toilet paper. :) It would be cool to see a video, like behind the scenes, where you have your first look at new maps. Like release it a day after the main video or something. I would love to have seen your first impression of this map. :)

Hide & seek is quickly becoming my favorite Multi-player Mondays feature.
I kinda miss the build challenges myself.
@@BLKBRDSR71 same, while yes hide and seek is pretty entertaining, I still like the "we built * insert theme here * and raced them" multiplayer Mondays best
It became my favorite by far long before I saw this video.
Suggestion: you can use the seeker's footage when you're hiding the same way you did in the previous MM.
Also could like watch the seekers POV in a discord call

You guys should play this map again theres so many hiding spots that it wouldnt be boring play it again
I totally flipped when I woke up this morning and saw this on ScrapMan's youtube, would really flip if something I made got played twice on here...but yes there are a lot more hiding spots, some of which they ran right past several times.

@@XeridoxVisualArts Absolutely love how you did all the details and scaling. I was starting an upscaled H&S SM house, but had to give up because I felt like I had the wrong approach. Your map is definitely an inspiration for more in the future

Here's an idea for when you don't have a good way to spectate: Get each other's recordings when they're seeking, and overlay it onto the video in the corner somewhere like you do for your camera.

Scrapman, you just HAVE to make more videos on Cosmoteer when it releases fully! It’s gonna be multiplayer so you can play with the crew and will be just like an RPG! Plus, textures are cooler too! It releases probably around late Autumn.

Took about 7 weeks. I started on it right after they aired the Hide and Seek Laboratory. I made tons of 'props' just for this map.

Love these hide and seek vids! I would love to see some footage of when you guys explore the map beforehand. So we could have a bit of an idea of the whole map. Props to the creator for creating such a large map.
I’ve started playing one of the hiders povs and the seekers pov on my other monitor. If you have them synced to as close as possible it makes for a very unique viewing experience!
How do you press two play buttons at the same time?
@@st4r658 You don't. You have one of the videos a second ahead of the other. Should only take you roughly 1 second to click 2 videos
@@st4r658 I just delay the first video I start and have the second one like 2 seconds ahead and then when I get to press the play on the second video it’s perfectly synced. I’ve done it enough times at this point I can get it perfect.

I really love these Hide and Seek Videos, I would if you guys did more than one round each for one of these so we could see the map more
What about a completely different challenge: you don't build vehicles at the start and have to run to the finish BUT you allowed to use ANYTHING to get advantage from dragging a wall in front of other players to even making a small car (but creations you make cannot be taken on lift) that will take some time but give you a huge advantage if other players didn't build a wall of explosives!
I think it would be a refreshing experience]

There are some apps which add an overlay to the game, with a target in the middle of the screen. You three might want to use that.

I have an idea for Multi-player Mondays. A race or obstical course with everything on the vehicle set to random settining. Each wheel direction, speed, suspension for each item set to a number or direction set to a random generated setting.
And you were the one who made me buy Trail makers because it looked cool

The hide and seek are cool, but if it's not too much work, maybe you can insert some of the other players viewpoints when you are just staring at a wall in your hiding spot? I really liked it when you had the viewpoints in the one video with the bathroom puzzle.
it would be really nice if we had the seekers pov too... if thats not too much work
I want to see you guys do more people and play sardines in one of these maps, where one person hides and everyones looking for them and as they find him they hide in the same spot.

How about a different type of scrapyard contest? Blow up a bunch of random vehicles and make battle bots from the parts maybe?
A decently big arena would also be cool.

There wasn't an actual hiding spot behind the clock when they played the map, but there is now lol... I did a mod spotlight featuring it but because yt will remove this comment I can't tell you how to get to it other than this clue: I am Xeridox :)
