It be like that sometimes... After 25+ years of racing I would've threw in the towel when the trans issue happened lol... The older I got that never give up attitude went with it... Still love racing dirt an asphalt at 40 but not gonna stress an work myself ragged to do it... Always next time is my attitude now lol

That weekend was exhausting for sure, but I’m glad we changed it! I was not excited about pulling the trans after the b main when the feature was only a couple hours away. I wish I could have included the video clip where my dad was asking me what I wanted to do, but the audio was terrible and you couldn’t hear it 😢

What exactly happened with the wheel bearing? And did the ball joint just snap on you causing a chain reaction of everything else?

Whenever the axle pulled out of the transmission and caused me to lose control of the car, we think when I hit the inside birm it caused the damage to the wheel bearing and the ball joint. All of that stuff was checked before we even left the shop, and we are 100% sure it wasn’t like that beforehand
