Those long range Scrin Airships were a menace. Had such long range that you usually didn't know one was attacking you until it was already attacking you. You would see it's weapon bombardment coming out of the shroud or off screen. They always outrange base defences too.
@@Mantorok12 the old Cannisrules mod did add so the Grand Cannon and Grand Rapier could get veterancy. The Grand Rapier was the AA version of the Grand Cannon. The Cannisrules mod did add an extra special unit for all teams like the Soviets could build Tesla Tanks and Stalins Fist a tank that could garrionson two infantery and fired tesla shells from it's main gun
@@faqmlimtauk8631 They nerfed Cranes and made it so that the build radius doesn't expand as much even when a building is placed on the very edge of said radius irrc.

veterancy on defensive turrets, I've been looking for a mod like that
That is quite rare in games I know of only two other games that have that Total Annhilation and Supreme Commander
@@Groza_Dallocort I remember one time someone talking about a RA2 mod that did that, the cannons were shooting nukes at max veterancy
