I have the exact same Welsh pony! The poor Welsh pony never got his right hind hoof fixed. When he gallops, his right rear hoof hangs down. It feels like the pony has a fracture and this has been going on for almost a year. I wrote to support 3 times and my friends wrote but they never fixed it.😢
