- Twists, turns, speed, and the Old West are top features of Renegade, our world-class wooden roller coaster. Riders will experience an adventurous ride including a never-before-experienced twisting first drop, a low-to-the-ground high-speed S-turn, and a high-speed station fly-by. Renegade breaks the roller coaster mold in more ways than one.
Designed with a smooth ride in mind, you won’t be opposed to going on Renegade again and again. Another unique feature - the cars on Renegade each have only one row of seats and one set of wheels as opposed to the standard two or three. This allows the train to travel in a snakelike motion along an extremely twisted layout. This wooden coaster is located near the back of the park right past the entrance to Soak City Waterpark. C’mon Outlaw, what are you waiting for? Yeehaw!

Valleyscare was so fun, and tricks and treats is just for little kids and the whole park is not even for little kids! They need to bring it back.

I don't know why, but to me, it feels like every coaster at this park is running faster this year.

0:54 Well my dad said that on the right u can see those brown and blue things I think those are cars and I'm 9 years old if I stood right there next to that blue car I think I would look like a dot and I think the reason why the ride is so slow on the camera is because it's probably a big ride if I layed right there on the track i think i would look as big as the half track by those 2 lines in the middle

This is easily the best ride in the park by a lot. Wild Thing is a close second.
I swear when I first saw this I thought it was sped up but now I think it’s slowed after going on it
@@EatBurgerChicken Well, I will confess that after riding Thunderhead at Dollywood and Mystic Timbers at Kings Island for the first time last June, this has now become my least favorite GCI.
@@EatBurgerChicken yeah a lot of peeps assume these Renegade videos are sped up - but the reality is you feel like you're flying a fighter jet making all sorts of tight turns; excellent ride, but not one for coaster newbies or those with a weak stomach.

Omg this ride hurt my head so much from it shaking a lot as you went over the bolts on the sides but I was fun and fast!
Got to experience this ride while the whole area under the track was flooded. Looked like a lake was under the track

If you ever do, it's a must. We had season passes for years and it was a family favorite. My wife and kids who were around 8 and 10 at the time love it and when we go back today just buying tickets (we moved and aren't as close to Shakopee anymore) it's one we target immediately. If you like speed coasters, this is the one to go on. Feels way faster than it is too.

This is a great ride but really, 2007 was the last coaster (Renegade) was built at VF 😢. WAY PAST DUE!!
Steel Venom still wins best ride at VF for me but man is this one close. The experience with the wooden coaster so the ride is bumpier and then increasing the speed is great. This thing FLIES so if you like fast coasters, it's a must do if you visit.
Valley fair if you can possibly make a new roller coaster pls make a starta roller coaster?
I wish but VF does not have the budget for that and they are height locked to 275 feet because of a nearby airport. 😭

Sometimes rides are closed down briefly for safety checks. It's a normal procedure that doesnt usually take too long, so we can ensure riders are safely riding. :)

This was the last rollercoaster added to ValleyFair in 2007! 2007! It’s time to go to Lost Island and Adventureland where they invest in their parks.
People say this ride is a top tier GCI, but I don't know. The higher, more drawn out elements seem a bit lack-lester, but then again, this pov was probably in the morning. Also, I've only experienced two GCIs, being Thunderhead and Mystic Timbers, which are both relentless. But this ride seems overrated.
this POV was definitely in the morning. Night rides on this are insane.

This is a note to valleyfair ; Dear Valley fair i was born in minnesota and i just wanna say ur park sucks compared to six flags cant yall get a new coaster yall havent got one for over 15 years and my past experiences has been to be the same its not as fun anymore cause theres nothing new to try out i should be writing this message to cedar point anyways
I hate this ride😭. It was so shaky and I thought my head was gonna fall off. Wasn’t even enjoyable
