keep em coming, E60 is underrated for modification as everyone flocks to the 3. My 10 535xi is in the shop for a transfer case and front diff currently, but once fixed ill be going with the MMP Stg2 turbos because that manifold they make is sexy. Appreciate the tip about xi coilovers from bc, Saves headache from the whole xi vs non xi.
E60 is the best sleeper

Best twins for big power? I only have pump gas on my country.
Probably MMP or pure, ect. Any of the big names should be fine. Or chinese 19Ts knowing its more of a gamble. I got turbo labs america upgraded twins on my wrecked 08 535i and i loved them on pump. Turbolab is equivilent to like a 15T size. Pump gas is fine for big power, as with most things you just have to manage it right. Right tuning, right parts. And realistic longevity expectations. Id check water or water meth injection for help with pump gas and high hp levels. @@DLaVey

I’m drooling, I just picked up my 09 535i Monday after blowing my 08 up 6 months ago. The 08 was pushin 500 hp. Being in a stock now, I can’t wait to unlock some of her personality 😊

Nice car and great video. I tried to do the dual exhaust but there is a box on the passenger side rear, which I have no idea what it is.
Any decent shop should be able to bend the pipes to clear.
When is it getting a tune or dyno run?
Did you do a aftermarket oil cooler?

I love your car! I have a 2010xi currently on BC coil overs, front mount Inter cooler upgrade with upgraded charge pipe w/hks bov. Vehicle is about to hit 100k Any suggestion on what to get next ? Keep up the videos !
Turbos make a big difference if you want power. But the best bang for buck mod I’ve done has to be the android head unit.
what intakes do you use?
Smoke the white on the tails side markers and headlights them wheels are gonna make the car pop

Looks great, been wanting to do the same style exhaust for my 08 535i. And also looking into getting ESR wheels as well, are you running any spacers? Was looking into getting 19x9.5 +22 in the front and 19x10.5 +22 in the rear and wondering if you have any insight about how they would fit since mine isn't the xi model.
I think only the front is different between xdrive and rwd.

Decent for the money. The go super lower but are on the stiffer side.
Also, full e85? Dyno sheet for 650whp? Or just estimating?
E85, dual 450 fuel pumps, port injection, pure stage 2 turbos, full bolt on’s, custom tune making 27psi on full rip
