I listen to positive affirmation subliminal's every night. I prefer the subliminals because they are more calming with the added frequencies. My life changed drastically in just a matter of weeks. I am more calm, driven, positive and self regulated. I also play frequencies daily to help with my goals, work on past trauma and heal my brain while studying. Its amazing. I use Minds in Unison channel but i'll check this one out. A great book to help understand how the mind works and how to change yourself is The Power of the Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy.
