I am laughing my ass off hearing how Logan is explaining what sort of Mafia dudes he thought it was great to hire, while at the same time trying to justify himself. It's like: look, here's my team of villains. I don't know how everything went wrong.

idk im conflicted on this. I think Logan Paul _did_ try to pump and dump (obviously) and he _is_ responsible for just abandoning the project when things went so south. But all of his team was hired by the one con artist. A guy who’s fooled a bunch of billionaires and even a huge sports team owner. He’s the guy who hired the other scam artists and it honestly isn’t that surprising that Logan trusted him when so many other people did as well. They even went through the trouble of verifying his background they just got unlucky that the way they verified him, they asked other people that the guy had also conned. I mean he was doing this for _years_ and never got caught by some of the biggest institutions, it’s not that damning that Logan was fooled by him and got some shitty people on the team in the process. I just think for serious things like this it’s important to be 100% fair or else you’re going to have a decent chunk of people who notice how unfair this one point is and just disregard the entire criticism. You can even see on Logan’s video, like 30-40% of his audience liked the video. I think it’s because of the one point and ignoring the rest.
Where Logan has *no* redeeming factors is with the failed pump & dump _and_ the total lack of communication. He could’ve probably explained away the p&d if he even tried since he never sold but the fact that he didn’t even apologize or even _acknowledge_ the total lack of communication for a *year* is insane.

Ive had it since before the tuesday podcast even came out I just like the stream. If you have to budget yourself down to the last $5 then I get why you wouldn’t get it. I like to support the content creators I really like. across all streaming services, twitch subs, youtube memberships, and patreon subscriptions I probably pay around $50-75/mo and thats less than 5% of what I save up every month so it’s not really something I’m concerned about. But everybody’s different. When I was broke I wasn’t spending any money on things like that. I could probably get the Tuesday podcast for free every week if I tried hard enough but I want to support them anyway.

clarification: the recorded call was the call between coffee and jeff. and coffee did record it. regardless, though, it’s not illegal even if CA’s 2-party consent rule applies, because this situation falls within a statutory exception contained in the CA statute.

I grew to like Logan, so I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. Couldn't have responded any worse. First off, he missed the whole point that he conspired to rip off his audience..scam artists he hired just beat him to it lol. He never made mention of the people who lost $ and didn't even attempt to apologize. Also, instead of countering the info Coffeezilla laid out he just attacked him personally. By avoiding facts, he is essentially admitting they're true. The whole tone of going on the attack was a huge misfire. Agree with Ethan 100% there. People wanted to hear him acknowledge the investors who lost $ and explain how it got to this point. Just show some empathy and try to make things right. All he did was point the finger. Why did we not hear a peep for a yr until his back was against the wall? Logan f'd up. He's done a nice job at building a demo of young adult males, but he just cut right at the core of that. It's in a select group that feels like I'm vibing with guys in my age range. Generally, have good guests on too. I never looked at Logan as this great, virtuous guy. I thought he was better than his bro overall, but likely did scummy stuff privately. Him not even responding to guys with families who lost thousands is pretty low. There's so many ways to monetize an audience without scamming them. He does already with Prime, WWE, etc. Why risk it all and do something like this? Texas is a single person consent state. Coffeezilla was in no way required to inform Jeff he was recording the call. Moreover, there is no reasonable expectation of privacy since Coffeezilla clearly told Jeff he was contacting him in regards to an ongoing investigation. Of his accusations, this is by far his weakest.

The point Coffeezilla was making about the eggs is that they no longer work if they were bought with ETH, which was half of all of the eggs, therefore millions of dollars. Also, he never signed a business contract with the coders, it was only verbal, so stupid. I knew when doing freelancing in high school 20 years ago to make a business contract! Speaking of 20 years ago, that's when Z was in prison; people are allowed second chances.

honestly logan has never fooled me w his new changed man act and i think there’s a lot of ppl who feel the same way (pretty sure ethan has been skeptical all this time too before all the drama). there’s just something in his behavior that makes it clear he’s not rly capable of feeling remorse or empathy (or it’s rly hard for him to and he’s not trying to at all). all these years he keeps saying words that sound good (that he’s changed and all that) yet it just never felt genuine at all. no humility no desire to change and grow, but rather to make it seem like he has so he can keep playing the game. as soon as he’s called out he’s immediately hostile and cocky and the worst part for him is his arguments don’t even make sense so it’s just a dumpster fire all around lmao. always felt like both him and jake were completely incapable or not interested in empathy kindness and humility but logan is better at saying the right words to hide it. what a bunch of narcissists, altho it’s no surprise looking at their man child peedo of a father and completely brainwashed mother who just supports this behavior… like so many calls comin from inside the house

All Logan Paul had to do was to perform a Google Search on the people that made up his inner team. It took me only 12 minutes to find the evidence on these criminals so can someone please tell me why Logan Paul himself could not do it? Even if Logan Paul did not know that investor funds were disappearing he was bound by due diligence to ensure that his inner team members were clean and qualified to perform the tasks that they were hired to perform.
It's such an obvious scam. It's hard to feel bad for the people that invested in it.
