The Zoo in Berlin houses more than 1,400 different species and around 17,500 animals. So be prepared to see a lot of animals in this Berlin ZOO travel vlog.
Besides the Zoo itself I also visited the Aquarium that is located next / in the Zoo. It is definitely worth it to buy a combi ticket and I can't help to stare at the jellyfish for ages.
The Berlin Zoo opening hours are everyday from 9 am, with last entry at 4:30 pm.

That's cool that you visited the Berlin Zoo! I've been there as well, and I do agree with you that you should visit a zoo the first thing when they open as the animals are more active in the morning! The aquarium is so cool - love how the rockhoppers swim through the water!
And the cost is not too bad, especially if you're a student! :)

Looks really nice zoo. Jellyfishes are so mesmerising. Berlin zoo is so much cheaper than London zoo which is £35 for an adult ticket at the gates.

London is just extremely expensive. But if Brexit keeps going on it might be cheaper in the future for Europeans to visit the Zoo here :p
