In fact...this is one of the greatest capitals in the world. You will never find another one...where just about 1 mile going from anywhere, where you are - you will find yourself in deep wild forest, where you can make a fire, and sit with your friends absolutely alone...in total nature, without disturbing and no one close to you. Dramatic and fantastic. This city has officially over 50 parks and beaches and forests inside of it....not counting a multiple green spaces. Combining with very good quality of tub water, countless lakes, rivers, and one of the cleanest airs in Europe...there is no other city like this one. This is not even close

I just wanna ask is Lithuania international border open now for Africans expecially people from Togo,coz I'm planning for tourists there,someone should tell me please.
First of all you'll need to obtain a Schengen visa if you're coming from Togo. You should check if the EU issues Schengen visas right now for people coming from Togo. Within the Schengen area/EU people can enter Lithuania without restrictions only from Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Germany and Bulgaria. If you're coming from any other country you'll need to stay in quarantine for 14 days. I suggest to stay home this year and come next summer when the weather is good again.
