The USA should try and create a Super Rugby team! Great exposure to Australian/Kiwi/Fiji teams! This will ultimately positively affect the national team!
Only thing that MLR is missing is fully packed stadiums with fans (both long time supporters and people new to the sport.). Once that’s achieved then MLR has the total package.

Only a short term solution, should rather look for the future and create a pacific champions cup with SR, Japan League1, MLR and SR Americas.
When their national team is good the world will notice. I’m a fan of American rugby but we do need an international side that is competitive.
