Jay Won, of Coupang, benchmarked various Redis data types like Strings, Hashes and JSON and talks about the performance of version 1 of the RedisJSON module.
i want to drink up everything about redis somehow ... and that it is able to handle json ... makes me in love with this product . probably we will see in the future redis as primary db for even normal user actions ...
love the honesty... thinking redis json might be of use where there is a network congestion between client and server as the data shipped back and forth will be less as you can target only the key/value desired
RedisJSON v2 has adapted JSONPath syntax for accessing properties of the stored JSON documents. RediSearch has also been updated to index and search through JSON stored via RedisJSON as well. We're working on releasing new material to cover the new features, stay tuned! - Justin
Thanks for the great session!

that the presenter shares key pieces with examples , nice .
Interesting to see a presentation saying not use redis json by Redis Labs (:
like it was really funny
I wonder how big their json documents are over time.
I want to know how much improvement Json v2 got.
