Ilocos Road Trip 2013

From Vigan to Laoag to Pagudpod to Laoag

"It's More Fun in the Philippines!!" as almost all local travelers would always say. And yes, it really is more fun to travel locally. Last May, we (18 of us) had a chance to visit the historical provinces of Ilocos Sur and Norte. Actually, not the whole province, but at least, we visited some well-known tourist destinations. Despite the fact that it was an exhausting schedule (imagine? 2 days and 1 night only in three different locations), it was all worth it. We really enjoyed our stay there (especially in the van). I think, we spent more hours on the road than in hotel and restaurants combined. LOL. Anyway, what I can sincerely say for now is "It's More Fun in Ilocos!" Cheers to us, friends, and many more places to visit in the coming years :).
