Akuma, as always, is made for zoning, and SF6's Dictator isn't the anti-zoner he was in SF5. The Birb played this way because it's the correct way to frustrate Problemo's SF6 Dictator. For now.

Umm no in a Street Fighter Anime, Bison wouldn't even touch Akuma lol. Akuma is leagues above Bison in the canon storyline.

As a matter of fact, Akuma has never fought at full strength unless he was fighting his brother Gouken (the master of Ryu and Ken).
Bison stands no chance, as a matter of fact, he never will.

Akuma is also, an advanced martial artist and he is no longer stronger, faster and greater than M. Bison. Akuma wants M. Bison to rely on his moves without the use of technology. M. Bison loves technology because it is the way of the future. M. Bison is a military commander dictator who uses technology for plans to conquer the world. He has been successful in doing so. You think M. Bison will never stand a chance at defeating and conquering Akuma and he has beaten any and all fighters his strength, stronger and weaker than himself. M. Double K.O. with Bison and Akuma is unacceptable from a SF2 Turbo mystery boss perspective because Bison would have already been knocked out. To have another Bison knocked out means 2 Bisons got knocked out but only 1 Akuma got knocked out which means Akuma would have won.
