    Hello Chavi
    I'm a physio myself. Would recommend you low impact activities like swimming, walking, light stretching & strengthening exercises at home.
    High impact activities like jogging, running, twisting, bending would worsen your osteopenia by bringing in bone loss which also happens post Ca treatment.
    Right Low Impact exercises will help in slow loss of bone and also strengthen your bones. Please take your Physio's guidance about exercising. Wishing you speedy recovery ❤

    Sorry to hear this... But if u read comments then plz listen... Do exercise only twice or thrice a week... Take enough rest .. Once a woman crosses 40 she needs more rest than burning calories or weight training...

    I totally feel you, I am going through the same problem since last year, started with stress fracture, then ligament tear and now cartridge wearing off…. it’s very frustrating as I could never imagine that a petite person like me could also have these kind of issues… hope you recover and feel better soon ❤

    I am so sorry. Chhavi, u need to slow down, because the treatment u r going thru, I think the medications are causing mineral deficiency. That is why, out of stress, your body is leeching minerals from your bones. Please please slow down and just like you take time to gym....u need to take that time and put into breathing, yoga and meditation. Ur bones are telling u to slow down. Once those stress hormones settle, ur bones will remineralize. I understand how u must be feeling. But life throws curves for us to slow down instead of trying to drive off the edge. 😊. Heal soon!

    Hey Chavi, I never comment on your videos but wanted to share this. 4 weeks back I suffered a severe hip sprain which later turned out to be nerve compression. I couldn't even move on that day but had to stretch a bit to ease the pain. So, kept saying - if Chavi can do this, even I can and did a bit of streching. You're truly an inspiration. Just take one day at a time. You can try reiki and ho'ponopono techniques along with your other things. It may help additionally.

    I understand completely I am going through the same weakness of my bones…i have Osteopenia this is a clinical term used to describe a decrease in bone mineral density I take a medication called Adcal to strengthen my bone density to prevent Osteoporosis. I love going to the gym but due to bones going weak I fracture myself easily…i also have nerve damage in my wrists only way to help with that is exercise and physio which I get restricted with due to fracture’s…so frustrating…but Chhavi please stay positive you have faced so many hurdles just see this has another one..what helps me is swimming and aqua aerobic classes and spin classes in the pool (once your better) but please try aqua aerobics works wonders to repair the weak muscles fractures etc you will be in my prayers.

    Hi Chhavi, with the ligament fracture why are you driving? Baby your body needs rest pl listen to it. Take a break from everything. Go easy on yourself kyun bhag rahe ho kahan jana hai, competition aap ki life se jada important nahi hai life mei kuch na kuch chute ga hee. You have acheived what ever you wanted now you have to maintain that, touch wood you have very supportive hubby trust him he ll take care of everything, give some time to yourself n your body. Trust me 8months ke liye gayab ho jao😄Aap ko Nazar lag gayee hai believe it or not but this is true. Aap ki achievements dekh kar har koi khush nahi hota n you are surrounded by those people dekho pehchano aur do something abt it. Don't share eveything on social media can understand your perception n khushi of that achievement but log kush nahi toh meri jaan. Unkee negativity se you get problems physically than mentally and what not. I have gone through all these that's why shareing n telling you the truth becoz I really care for you . Talented logo ke bahut enemies hote hain you know what I mean.

    Chavi i m really feeling very sorry for you...ek hasti khelti khush mizaz ladki jab rone lagti hai tab bahut bura lagta hai... You are so much mindful about each and every thing but still you are facing so much health issues one by one.... You know what i think you should leave all the measurements of food and going to gym and move on to eat whatever you want (of Course healthy and home made food) and doing Yoga..❤❤ who knows it might help you...     Chhavi, you need to start having collagen tablets , we start losing elasticity from the age of 30 onwards. It helps with skin, joints and hair. A small advice . Love your beautiful family ❤❤❤

    Hey Chavi. Just have faith in God, you will be able to find a solution to all your health issues soon. Just a suggestion- pls try alternate treatment therapies. Allopathy is known to take care in case of emergencies but suppresses symptoms and to work on the root of problems, this I feel is not the right pathy. Our body is capable enough to cope with issues (including some serious ones) and improve our health, provided nothing damages the mechanism inside. This could be due to side effects of medicines you've been prescribed. Take care, all the best.

    Hi Chavi....Post surgery,you are taking some medicines and the essential side effects of any strong drug is in bones and joints...Take good supplements,which contain Boswelia,resveratrol etc...maybe you are already taking them

    Pl start taking Arjun chhal powder half spoon with milk everyday… it’s good for bone strength. Also dink (in marathi) edible gum, or Tragacanth or acacia gum, 1 spoon daily

    If u have high cholesterol, then avoid the yellow part of the egg, then have only egg white……
    But if u don’t have any cholesterol issue, then have complete egg…… it’s healthy

    Listen to the body, take rest, may be look for changes in diet like taking more calcium etc after consulting with doctor...you might need to change gym routine, may be do different types of exercises... it will be fine

    Chavi in todays time i little disagree entire life i worked with sincerity and dedication but seriously its not required to be taken so seriously and we should at times take sincerity also break and lightly.Because the cost of health in exchange is disaster trade.
    I have seeen over sincere people including me facing so many irreversible health issues have to take break from work also wheras people who are not that sincere and they prootise health family their happiness fun over work has reached height and continueing working and most important healthy

    Pls Check ur hormonal tablets which you must be taking after ur breast cancer treatment. Those sometimes cause these osteoporotic fractures. Please tell ur medical oncologist and get it changed.

    Please get your Parathyroid levels checked, Chavvi. It can be due to osteoporosis as well. It has no symptoms and often goes undiagnosed unless done with specific tests.

    Please start your journey with 2 times eating per day and then start with 1 time eating per day. Believe me, it will end all your problems.

    You need Vitamin D. Check ur vitamin D level and calcium level in ur body

    I wonder why all these health issues are happening with you. You follow a very good diet, you workout on regular basis. Your lifestyle and routine literally runs on a clock. Then why these health issue every now and then? 🤔🤔🤔

      Its sad but true... As she was a cancer patient and had therapy...and her bone density is low..and she do over work out..which is stressing her body..thats y she is getting frequent fracture
