im enjoying listening to ur videos, & im intrigued... so ill just ask... for 15 years ive been tryin to get a doctor to tell me why once or twice a week i get sick & spend 6-8 long painful hours in the bathroom with a seemingly neverending supply of mucus mixed in with a dark smelly stool? ...i was a junk food junkie my whole life untill about 15 years ago when i went completely off processed foods & eliminated sugar shortly thereafter, went keto, now carnivore, & still about once a week or so ill have a "bad day" & the only way to get it to stop is tk stop eating for a day of two... lots to unpack, but u seem knowledgeable & im at the en of my rope with this... thank u sir

Unfortunately there is no standard very first thing. It's a long detective process.

I have a question so one with candida overgrowth how goes or where does the bloating indigestion constipation all come from is it leaky gut. Ibs ? Help me understand this is confusing 🫤
