I am an immigration paralegal thats not how it works..regardless whether they paid the bond or not which i suggest they not she has an immigration hold so u are only going to waste your money..immigration work on there own time so they will eventually pick her up.once u pay the bond she will only sit in jail until immigration decides to pick her up..what they do is wait till u post bond then they will get u either way keep your money and wait..i deal with these cases on a daily basis.
