It's so interesting seeing a professional chef evaluating fast food that so many non-chefs eat on a regular basis. Really makes you consider the quality of what you're consuming. But sometimes convenience takes the lead.
I mean price is always the factor too. Rather a 5 dollar meal than a 20 dollar appetizer

"Professional" chefs just tend to shit on low quality. They don't focus on taste, they focus on quality. Their palets are just accustomed to better quality. That's the only difference. Majority of "Professional" chefs are pretentious.

As a chef for some times in my life i understand why he didnt like them i like fast food when it done properly. But still the way he describe all the food is spot on.
He’s a very high level chef and I think that he hasn’t ate fast food in quite a while due to the fact he just doesn’t need to when he has money to eat what he wants.

Like I won’t lie, fried chicken is good asf. But I would only eat fried chicken once or twice a month since it’s just so unhealthy. I much rather eat home cooked food that isn’t giving me my daily recommended fat, sodium, and sugar in one serving.
I mean you just feel like shit afterwards, there’s no two ways about it. It taste good in the moment, but you regret it later.
