How do Acids and Bases React with each other (Activity 2.6 explained in Hindi)

In this Chemistry video for Class 10 in Hindi we explained how acids and bases react with each other. This is activity 2.6 of science for class 10 from NCERT. This is a topic of Chapter 2 - 'Acids, Bases and Salts' for Class 10. This topic will cover the topic - 'How do Acids and Bases React with each other?'
We mixed few drops of phenolphthalein solution in a glass of water. Then we added few drops of sodium hydroxide solution (base) in it. The solution became pink. Then we added few drops of dilute sulfuric acid in it. The pink colour vanished. This demonstration indicates that acids and bases cancel the effect of each other. This type of reactions are called neutralisation reaction.

Good morning sir.
Acid + bases - salt + water
Depending upon the type of acids and bases used there are 3 types of salts.
1. Strong acid + strong base - neutral salt + water
2. Strong acid + weak base - acidic salt+ water
3. Weak acid + Strong base - basic salt + water.
And NAOH + H2SO4 - NA2SO4 (NEUTRAL) + H2O

@@anupsahani1031 The strength of an acid depends on its capability to dissociate; releasing hydrogen ions. A strong acid will complete dissociate unlike weak ones that partially dissociate. Like a dilute solution of sulfuric acid(strong acid) will more acidic than a concentrated solution of ethanoic acid (weak acid).
