- It's Day 60! Can you believe I've officially been at this thing for 6 whole months as of today? Wow! In other news.. the baby Waltz's have grown up and become toddlers. We have a lot to celebrate today! 🍾 🎉

Thank you! I do! The dizziness has been less severe lately so hopefully im starting to get used to it
Do you have any advice on how to gain more momentum during the 2 foot spin? I keep practicing but never seem to get anywhere.. not sure how to improve!
Something that my coach told me last week was to actually start with a pivot, with your arms open and slowwwwly bring them into your chest as you spin. I was bringing my arms in immediately and it slowed me down alot but that small tweak made a huge difference.
