    Interesting information.
One question, in civil matter cases other than family cases such as when a judge orders an individual to Not do something trough a civil Judgment and that individual still violates the judges order and a writ of attachment is filed with the court: in that case will the judge order law enforcement to physically bring the individual that violated the judge's to bring him before the court trough an arrest ?
    Thank you

Remember, a writ of attachment applies to property. It attaches property to a judgment. Your question regards the power of the court to enforce an order from the bench. If the order not to do something is encapsulated in a final judgment (generally it's called an injunction), the case is closed. But, you can bring an action with the court to enforce the judgment. If the civil case is still on-going, the court can continue to issue orders necessary to administer the case. if the order is ignored, the judge can hold a party in contempt and issue a bench warrant for their arrest to force appearance before the court.
