Hello friends! On our menu today is a simple and cheap version of American-style steak - Salisbury steak! A dish that was created by American doctor James Salisbury to encourage ordinary people to eat more protein. And he's a genius! Today Salisbury steak is served in restaurants, but we will cook it at home. Grab your apron and get to work! Bon appetit and a magical mood! 🥰🤗

✔️ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
✔️ 1 egg
✔️ 1 tsp Worchestir sauce
✔️ 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
✔️ 1 tbsp ketchup
✔️ 2 tbsp dried fried onions
✔️ 450 g (16 oz) champignons
✔️ 2 cloves of garlic
✔️ 600 ml (1 pint) beef broth
✔️ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
✔️ 2 tablespoons Worchestir sauce
✔️ 2 tbsp cornstarch
✔️ 2 tsp tomato paste
✔️ 1 bow
✔️ salt
✔️ black pepper
✔️ olive oil
Creamy mashed potatoes with green onions 6:54

✔️ 60 g (2.1 oz) butter
✔️ 250 ml (8.8 fl oz) cream
✔️ 125 g (4.4 oz) spinach
