Beautiful and that 180 mister set up.😍 I’d love to see it in action in the future.🤘 Greatness as usual.
Gorgeous vivarium, healthy plants 😍 and dart frog 🐸
Great looking red heads
Beautiful mind-blowing.Very naturalistic vivarium.❤️
I’m thinking of getting a tank for high humidity cool growing miniature orchids. Your content is perfect for ideas and inspiration. Thanks
Nice dude, camera work on point
Wicked viv dude! Awesome footage!
Thank you!
Love!! I'm trying to make a 40 paludarium for my aroids, orchids, and a rescue cuban tree frog I ended up with last week. This looks fantastic!
A new video ! Nice 👏
Troy your vids are on another level now! Really setting a standard. Love the big leaves in this one
Thank you!
awesome shots, nice editing, love it !
Thanks!
Would you consider doing care vids for plants and stuff? And in depth videos about bioactivity, frog care, breeding, etc?
😲..JAWDROPPING...AWESOME!
Dang Troy that histrionica tank is on point. Still working on getting close to your artistic capability
nice.
very cool troy, this did suffice
Menuda belleza 😍😍😍😍😍
Love the vid. What camera do you use? The close up detail is awesome
Sony a6600 camera , Sony 90mm macro lens
Can’t wait till I buy a house so I can’t build a massive tank that won’t ever be moved lol
😍😍😍😍😍
Now that's nice set up would love to make one but wouldn't have a clue where to start or to keep it right
Thanks!
Yeah I been keeping planted tanks for years and I am still not able to keep some of those more sensitive plants plants
Love the aroids, you treating em like all the other plants or doing anything different for them?
Same as others
looks great !. how do you keep the tank warm ? Is there a heat lamp at the top ?
Just regular light and keep the room at room temperature
Thats badass for sure. Where do you get all your plants?
Honestly... too many places to name... glassboxtropicals is a good place to start
Great bro love it , sure would love to have that I’m also trying dart frog videos and would appreciate advice on how to make these vids and how to grow a little
Practice! Camera, gimbal, good computer, good software, good music
Troy Goldberg's Tropical Garage alright that’s some good advice I have a 20 gal long housing dendrobates auratus el cope
Nice!! It can be challenging making the smaller tanks interesting in video form. So you’ll have lots of good practice on that one!
Troy Goldberg's Tropical Garage thanks for the kind words and advice!
Do you have fire bellied toads? I am looking into them and have been for a while and want to see a good setup for them and your setups are amazing.
Nope
Very nice! I build a terrarium my self butt it has a large water area. Is this a big problem for some dartfrog spiecies?
It can be problematic, if it’s setup right should not be a problem
@@TroyGoldberg alright i'm going to give it a try
😎
what are those broad leafed plants
Hi Troy,
i would like to make an 150 / 200 gallon tank with some Oophaga pumilio. I got the advice that they are kept the best in pares and not in groups.
Could u perhaps give your opinion about this and if u agree with that advice, do u perhaps know some good alternatives? Would be nice if its in the genus Oophaga or Ranitomeya :-)
What duration and frequency of misting do you use for your setup? Wanting to create a fully automated terrarium for some of my rare/uncommon aroids and begonias as well as jewel orchids and I’m not sure what the frequency and duration of misting would be needed in order to provide adequate moisture without overwatering my plants. As I’m sure you know aroids can be very picky with moisture levels around their roots, especially anthurium. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! Beautiful build!!
Plan on creating a false bottom with an exit drain to collect excess moisture from the substrate and installing computer fans for air circulation.
How did you make those extra “ledges”? I’ve been wanting to do something just like that. It looks amazing!
Foam and wood
Just long peices of wood sticking out of the backround?
Gagny Diallo yep
Thanks! Those look like some massive branches!
Is there a build video I can watch on your channel? I’ve been looking but can’t find anything.
Are you still using springtails when you use the spong media or no?
Yeah
Hey Troy i have a question i have got 3 E-tricolours and there breeding like rabbits is so much so that i have to many froglets that i would like to have is there a way to stop them from breeding without seperating them? Love the video.
Not entirely sure... keep em dryer? I’ve never kept them before so I have no personal experience
I have an orchid in my vivarium that’s not doing too well, any recommendations? Great video btw!
Good light, good air circulation, don’t let it dry out, but don’t keep it soaking wet..... also depend on what species of orchid
Troy Goldberg's Tropical Garage it’s a Pleurothallis costaricense :)
So yeah bright light, decent air flow and don’t let it dry out, but don’t keep it soggy either...
Troy Goldberg's Tropical Garage thanks for the advice, and keep the videos coming I’m really enjoying them
On a scale on 1 to 10, how bioactive is your vivarium?
What brand of lamp do you use?
It’s an off brand no name
What are the big green leaf plant called this vivarium is looking awesome btw!
Little too general of a description for me to know which one you’re talking about lol
Is it some species of oak?
Lol
Troy Goldberg's Tropical Garage The philo in particular for me. Not sure which species and will it not quickly outgrow this space?
Otto Joshua philodendron montanum, it will get big luckily I’m ive got something in the works for the cuttings from it, also selling cutting of aroids these days is very easy, and quite lucrative
where would you order in Canada
Not the slightest clue I’m from Ohio
Depends what you're looking for. Understory Enterprises www.understoryenterprises.com and Jungle Jewel Exotics junglejewelexotics.com are both great sources! I've got lots of things from both of them.

The big aroids in the center there are anthurium veitcheii, philodendron montanum, anthurium crystallinum.
@@TroyGoldberg Oh I just thought they beat drop along with the cut to the tadpole was funny lol, but very nice viv this is a really nice change
