Time is not real. It is just an immaginary term given by human beings for their convenience. We use time to measure the change in our surroundings or events such as passing of day and night.
If we remain stationary and earth don't rotate , then we are not able to measure events and hence there will be no concept of time although biological processes at microscopic level will happen as usual.
Any chemical or biological process can be reversed?. No it can't be brought back to initial state.
That's also applied on time, we can't go back and future in time.
