They spun the card around the wrong way on 4 Flush. Not supposed to see the 4s until they are "printed". Kind of gave away the kicker before the end. GREAT trick for the cost though
I used Joe Ridings's rope routine (roped in) for nearly 40 years in all my cabernet shows. It sounds just like Marc DeSouza's routine, which starts and ends the same way.
LOL about the long rope. I can only wish the long rope would fit around my waist. Great job Ryland!
I been performing Warpzag for a while. Love it! Great review show as always!
Thanks for the mention guys. Another great review show 😊. The ultimate vanishing bottle, coke edition is amazing! 🎉
"How authentic this bottle is" LOL It's an authentic Coco-Cala bottle :D Can't deny that...
It certainly looks like real glass.
However, it could be difficult to obtain a matching real coke bottle if you wish to perform the refill effect.
Craig sir please do a review of Quartet by mark mason. i am sure you will have many ideas for using it .
Is the vanishing bottle really the same thing as refilled, but with coke?
I am undecided between which of the two bottles to purchase and heard about two differences:
The coke bottle has an extra audio convincer involving a spoon
The coke bottle can be partially filled and emptied/drunk at the beginning of the routine.
I am a little confused, are these real differences? Can you partially fill the beer bottle and empty it in front of the spectators at the beginning of the routine? Can anybody shed some light?
Thanks!
I do not recommend putting beer or soda into Refilled or Ultimate. Both FX are made the same, both can have "audio" convincers. You can perform all FX with either Refilled or Ultimate. They are worth every penny so I recommend getting both
@@veganbadass thanks! I wish of course I could get both, but am still mostly an amateur and have limited budget :)
@@justsomebody7487 If you wait for the right time, it might go on sale. Most Magic shops will have sales from time to time. Henry's bottles are the best, so investing in one will make your show look extra good. Very realistic looking.
❤
Trost is like Toast.😊
Ryland did the Prof nightmare very nicely. whos method did u use.
Great episode guys. Not sure about being called a nightmare, especially as I'm not even a "professor". BTW Ryland, your next visit to HOS, I think I'll be working so won't be there, meaning you'll need to supply your own "whisky" and find a new victim... I mean volunteer for the egg bag. See you both soon I hope.
Which propless mentalism trick by Joel is it that Ryland likes?
That warpzag performance was rough.
Not a fan of Warpzag, too gimmicky, can't inspect the cards and it was confusing at some point, but I guess this is not a problem with the trick but with the presentation, but all the sudden the "Legs" is the "Head" and the "Head" became the "Legs" that made it a bit confusing. Overall I think people know what's going on specially because it's the same effect done twice and then a third time with just a different handling that all it does is confirm what was going on during the first phase.
What does plus Tulin mean as a review rating?
I like 4 FLUSH actually very much ❤, just because of the amazing visual of the last three blank cards in the end.
I made a Review on it as well. ⏯️
great episode! 🔥
On 4 Flush it "looks" like he did show every single card Craig, unless I missed something, other than the first 4s he places on the table, then he shows 5 "blank" cards. Now if he was supposed to show 6 blank cards, then he did something wrong. And yes, examinability is 0, but several tricks have the same issue. What justifies some over others?
If you give blank cards from a wallet to examine, how do you justify putting them back on the wallet to make the switch?
Why is examinability always an issue, you told Matt several times on the Matt test X deck can't be examined, why would you allow the audience to examine anything to begin with? I'm always confused as to why examinability is such a big deal, I understand why you can give it an X on that department, but is it really a deal breaker? If something can't be examined, just handle your audience better.
Saw Mark just a couple months ago. He lives maybe 25 minutes away from me. DeSouza was my inspiration to get a Hydrostatic Glass
