Recognised a few faces on the video, we were teds from our early teenage years, never changed our style or music to this day, only one music...ROCK N ROLL its stood the test of time from the 50s till now in 2020, it will last till eternity. God Bless all you Rockers past and present. Rave On

@@stevenford727 same here...never understood the 70's Ted look.....was nothing like proper 50's teds..
same with the neo rockabilly scene in late 70's and 80's .... many were almost a new wave Rockabilly ...bit camp imho.
i prefered the more vintage Rockabilly style ......
@54 years old and Hair no more......still love the music and style ..

@@oddjobtriumph1635 Same here i was more into the retro 50s style not the odd looking 80s neo Rockabilly or Teddy boy theme attire they wore.I still play mostly Rockabilly and Rock n roll music to this day.

9:-) still wearing it today, you don't see style on the streets nowadays, but it seems ppl love to see it now more than back in the day when it was hassle, it's "ready teddy girl to, rock & roll" -and return right now me thinks - we need to revive it 9;-)

Real ! Love it! Just saw a video claiming it was all 50s but there was a recent Ted picture included. Don't know where some get their info from but this is real. We'll done for putting this together. This is real proper history ! Thank you.

I wouldnt class a lot of them as even Teddy Boys because we never dressed like that in the fifties (bright drapes, long sideburns almost to the chin, hair almost to the shoulders, thick soled brothel creepers, tattoos, ear-rings etc). I call these types Showaddywaddy Clowns!

yes if you go bald you can pretend that you were a skinhead back in the 70s and get away with it but a chrome dome and a teddy boy suite definitely do not go well together . Great video though, i forgot what the rockabilly chicks looked like back then, they looked great, now the red haired, fat tattooed bodied women have taken over, and they were never a part of the scene back then, it was pony tails and dungarees and pencil skirts and they all looked great, pity the burlesque mob had to get involved.
