Dear Sir, Thanks for writing us
If you have not been able to register a member within 10 days, Then you should try that the member must register at least till the date in which his contribution can be deposited.
After that make a correction letter with the reason and attach some documents of the members with it.

Sir in one case they got esi and pf registration at Dec 2020.
1) They are not file the esi return till date ( even nill return also not filing ), Now they want to file the esi return on this month on words, How to file it, and any late fee is there for late filing, Dec 2020 to till zero employees in this company and this month on words only employee will add it.
2) They forgetting the PF user name also, this is also not filing from Dec 2020, How to get forgotten PF user name, and any late fee is there for late filing.
Pls suggest me sir, How to rectify this issues.

Esic return file period till sep21 is over now you cannot file esic return through online till sep 21 but you can inform through letter and pay through dd if any due in old period, late payment is applicable if any contribution is due in old period
After sep 21 you can file online return of esic
EPF
You submit a letter to reset password or user name if you don't have or forget. In EPF no any restriction to file return return in old period. You can file all return which are pending. But penalty is applicable when is due but you paid in late.
