I love this track. I think the track is going about two different dimensions. The first dimension/part is going about the reality. Her heart is broken. When she falls asleep, she wakes up into a dimension she wished that would happen. It is just my perspective.
I think it's more like "another life" because it's literally in the lyrics: "If we just can't get it right, maybe we'll try in another life."

Me! I met my mrs at a trance festival (transmission 2022, Melbourne) filmed a video of us together, a year later going thru some old footage of us discovered this track, the lyrics summed up the whole experience, it was beautiful ❤
