FINNISH COTTAGE, DEAL CLOSED!

My husbands bought a summer cottage one hour from Helsinki. Traditional in Finland summer cottage must have own beach. But such cottages cost so high that it is difficult to afford. That is why we found other type "rantaoikeus". It is mean we have a right to use a beach and share it with other members. In our case it is our five neighbors. Which I see very seldom. We are in Finland :). Our common beach is 500m from our cottage. There is a lot of pluses, less windy, less mosquitos. Really much less, we checked ;)
