How comfortable to sell this surgery without warning about the side effect?

Then the compensatory sweating will be there. Huge. Wait for some years and it will start dripping.
I know someone who had their clips removed within one month of putting them. Such is the distress from the thermoregulation problems after ETS.
And there is no guarantee that clip wont damage your nerve. It can and the possibility of reversal is only a chance.
Please don't believe these ill informed surgeons. They are also human beings. Not gods. Do your research. ETS in any form is a dangerous procedure and anyone who is telling you otherwise is selling you something.
