- Hello Friends! Today I need to get it all done with a grocery haul + meal plan + meal prep! I'm sharing my kitchen weekly reset 2024 routine which includes a weekly grocery haul and meal plan. I always have a healthier week when I take the time to do a sunday reset and meal prep. I have tons of ideas for a meal prep with high protein that the ENTIRE family will eat! I'm so excited to share a new recipe for a HEALTHY cookie dough! I always do a walmart grocery haul because it's so budget friendly, but this time we're going shopping together! I love a Sunday reset mom routine so come get it all done with me and reset for the week-let’s do this!! I’m so thankful you’re here💕

+Parmesan Garlic Chicken:
Ingredients: ½ packet of garlic parmesan seasoning , ¼ c Buffalo Wild Wings parmesan garlic sauce, 2-3 chicken breasts, 1 small container of fat free plain greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.
Directions: Cook the chicken and shred. In a blender, add the remaining ingredients and then add the blended sauce to the chicken (I added a little chicken broth to the blender so it would mix faster)-enjoy! You can eat it hot or cold!

Mediterranean Crunch is my favorite Taylor Farms salad too. Have you tried the “Everything” variety? We just found that one at Costco and really liked it. I think I will try the summer chicken bake recipe. Thanks for another great video. ❤

They are very lean! If you like things a bit spicy there’s also a blackened chicken option that I hear great things about😃
