I remember seeing you on a goldees video a few years back and you made a comment about maybe opening your own BBQ place one day... I remember thinking "She should!" To then come across this video makes me so happy for you! I love that you are willing to stretch BBQ and do things that aren't normal because YOU love it... Spaghetti...Lamb... BOTH amazing items! My wife and I often smoke our tomato's with basil just to get that smoke flavor in our spaghetti Sause and everyone is always blown away! As an entrepreneur myself...
