- An amazing band that have stood up to their name perfectly. This album just seems to have really epic progressive songs that stands out to me. Eric's riffs, style and crushing tone is just another reason to love it.
The more I'm listening to Titan's though, the more I'm hearing small nuances and details that I'm really enjoying. These albums are so good, thank you men.

I was literally just about to ask for some Anthrax tones! Among the Living, Spreading the Disease... Hell, even Worship Music and For All Kings sounded great guitar wise!
@@systematic11 For All Kings is also great. EVH amps have really massive tones...
If I remember right, they only double-tracked the rhythm guitars for this album instead of quadruple which they'd been doing for a while. Gives a little more bite to the tone, and really allows DiGiorgio's bass to pop in the mix.
Makes sense to me, I wouldn’t have picked Dark Roots for quad tracking but formation definitely
Some people say that this album was a let down from Dark roots, But I say it's just as good. Eric really knows how to keep that sound and tone that he had on Dark roots and just touches it up a bit on Brotherhood. And also on Titans of creation. For me Testament have got much better ever since Alex came back into the band. So many thanks for doing this mate.
I really love it too but the lyrics on a few songs are fucking silly

Watching LambChopper videos every Sunday is like going to the Church of Metal. I don't have the eq pedals but you can run dual in/out eqs on a boss katana and apply the same lessons to shape your thrash tones.

hey man curious, how does say the gary holt mid boost and the 6 band eq differ? both push mids no?
They do push mids but it’s like OD’s. They all have differences in circuits and diodes which makes them behave differently. The different clipping makes them have their own gain and sound.
Lambchopper, do those MXR EQs add any hissing noise? That's what I've read, so wondering what your experience with them is, and which one would be the most noise-free. Thanks.
Both MXR eq’s are good. Depending on the tone they can add some noise but it’s pretty manageable. Usually at that stage it’s not really a tone you want anyways. I pushed this one all the way in this vid and I didn’t hear anything

ESP makes nice guitars I want an ESP Snakebyte for I can put an Floyd Rose FRX even though I'm not an big fan of active pickups for shredding because I'm a shredder. The Jackson Kelly is an cheaper alternative which is a great modding platform which I might end up getting one during the summer and slapping an eet fuk sticker on it and install Seymour Duncan invaders in it.
@@Wheresthepepsibismol I have a 2003 Jackson King V neck-thru, seymours and Schaller's Floyd. Great guitar for shredding. I'm a big fan of Jackson Guitars, so if I were you I'd buy a Kelly or an explorer of an original Gibson shape with Floyd, like Matthias Jabs' one.
