- Another 5 long painful hours of grinding without ninja squid later, I’ve completed my new gearset with nothing but quick super jump. Super jump’s can be used to escape a bad situation, but the charge up for it makes it very risky.
With this gear, my super jump charges almost instantly, essentially giving me the first foolproof panic button so long as I react fast enough. With this in mind, I was able to make extremely aggressive plays and cause insane shenanigans with virtually no consequences. This gear might even be better than my quick respawn build from a few months back.

fun fact: with a build like this, when you respawn, if you launch out and then superjump as soon as you launch, you can land with the spawn armor for like half a second, making it even more safe to jump into danger.

I did this back in 2 but they were all meme gear. So my swim speed pures were the snorkel mask, the life vest, and the flippers.
Wiper deco is perfect for this. Beacons to jump to, and missiles for a special that’s quick to use.
run some sub power for your teammates please
Jump to base when your missiles are ready to easily target all four players. Then jump back to your beacons

@@Samevistan I'm fairly certain most people don't even know the map exists, or if they do they don't know they can super jump, I don't see it happening often even in ranked even when the other team is far away or even wiped out

Sub power up decreases the time a jump to a beacon will take
Literally just 2-3 mains of it is already reaching the levels of speed your full set of qsj was
This. You run a Comeback/QR build + SCU Cooler Zap teammate to cover you for when you get a splat and turn off QR + 57 Sub Power Up beakon support player. Death is a meaningless concept here.

11:44 I actually had this teammate in my last game. They were the worst player on our team and didn’t push objective. They rage quit too which was oh so much fun.
1:50 It one of the hardest enemy base entries in splatoon 3 but it is very easy to hold out there for awhile and stall for time. You can also go further and jump across the gap to get to the rest of their base.

fun fact: the losing team cannot see the winning team’s fist bumps, meaning when you said “at least they didn’t fist bump” maybe they did.

I consistantly keep quick jump on one full set because when you get used to it its soooo nice
E-liter mains the millisecond they get into a close ranged fight
I actually used to run this a lot in Splatoon two it’s more than a little viable with tetras. Of course Tetras had splashdown back then too…

You should do ink saver in all of them to see how much can you shoot before running out of ink with like the dynamo roller or the painbrush because they consumes a lot of ink(especially the vertical flick of the dynamo).

someone did a test like this in splatoon 2 and no the buffs did not stack and you just superjump the same speed.

If you're trying to jump to Beakons, it's better to use all Sub Power Up, as it actually affects the Sub itself. You jump HELLA quick with that!
