It allll starts for me at 4:30 because this is where his actual progression as well as deconstruction of the track all come Together at the same time, that point on it’s a build to a crescendo and when it hits it’s also taking the track apart and it’s so subtle but fuck it’s perfectly structured and curated progressive house. I literally want this song played at my funeral, and mix it with To the Skies, by Kaskade…it makes Alone In The Skies With You.

Definitively the best deadmau5 song. I know there are underrated tracks by this guy such as HR 8938 Cephei or Fifths, but this one is the best. This song sounds better with the pass of time and it will be in my heart forever. This masterpiece never gets old. deadmau5 never gets old.

This old Deadmau5 makes just about all of today's music sound like a dystopian nightmare, aside the fact that it seems it is.
It's harsh knowing that sounds like this might never come along again, and I think THAT is part of why it's become so timeless. He was a perfectionist many times.

For me this is easily the best track he's done. He's done many greats since, but I miss this style
He just had so much tension that he built up by continuously changing the layering and when that release hits each time it’s a reset. It’s a reset but a progressively different cycle. His counter melodies take off about halfway thru the track (the entire thing is a counter melody) but beyond that…it’s just so calming at the end and that’s like a perfect track. Dgaf
