Adam stop it please stop it, build strong industries and diversify the economy away from tourism dependence. I hate with all my hearth how Morocco became such a touristic destination it's like seeing my country die infront of me and Moroccans claping for it.

Today Morocco exports over 500000 cars, makes parts of aeroplanes for Boeing , makes and exports medicines to Africa. Morocco is investing heavily on green and renewable energy and technologies. Morocco is developing its expertise on Artificial intelligence. Two specialists consulting centres have been opened recently. Morocco is investing in the financial centres in Casablanca to serve African nations, etc google and research first.

I've been there too and the next day, i went skiing in oukaimaden (maybe the atlas mountains you see). Its crazy you can be in desert and next day be in ski station when visiting Marrakech. A lot of Moroccans leave coastal cities (Casablanca) and spend their week-end in Marrakech. Casablanca is empty on weekends, they all leave and may have secondary homes in Marrakech

@@OTWD_yt i visited Ifrane There is an expansive hôtel there (michelifen), built with British victorian style I guess and an american school, students learn in English and there are may students from the English speaking nations.
We went with friends by motorcycle there and traveled into Michelifen (temperature are below zero). We were literally like in Switzerland, everything was white l, the landscape was amazing. And then suddenly we saw on the road an indication we were 2 hours from the desert. So we basically did Switzerland and desert in the same day. That was like crazy, psychedelic. Everywhere we went in Morocco people were nice but it depends where you go. Some places in Marrakech are annoying and even local Many Moroccan tourists avoid old medinas or go there occasionally . Morrocan tourists goes mostly to modern hôtels. But Marrakech is very special and different from other cities
It's special for Moroccans too. Many come to Marrakech and feel disorientated, because it is unique
It's like a London citizen visiting Brecon beacons 😊
Overall It is a very safe country. People are conservative and tolerant at the same Time. They are open to new ideas. In fact just like UK.
Even though there are a lot of foreigners in Marrakech, the most liberal and open minded people are from Casablanca and some from rabat

You must see the north region. Like real berber nomad citys like alhoceima or other city in the north tetouan, chefchouan.. and the hashj fields in ketama...

The sandy parts of the sahara are pretty far from Marakech, we tend to forget that only 15% of the entire sahara desert in Africa is sand, the rest is rocks and more rocks, few hundreds of kms to the East or south are big spots of sandy sahara like the postcards or mainstream imagination of the sahara desert
