If you are looking for CNG car you can go for wagon r CNG or Alto CNG as per your budget only these 2 cars are available in CNG but if you are concerned about the safety rating then you can also test ride tata punch CNG... Or tata Tiago CNG. For punch need to exceed your budget. If you are looking for petrol cars there are many options in the market... Ignis base, grand I 10 base or exter or punch base model. But if you are first time buyer don't go for tata cars... Rest upto your choice.

I search many options and found ignis is best in my bugdget but i concerned about their millage, sefty and back suspensions many car owner write in coments that its has such problem. what is your openion? design wise i have no problem its ok i can manage but suspension and safety (in terms of stability on highways) can't be manageable. should i go for ignis or sweeft or waganr or tata punch? or tata tigor?

Right, even I booked tata punch and paid 2.5 lakh to dealer , but cancelled it few days before delivery once afriend of mine told his horrible experince of altroz petrol .. and horrible service experience..

If you want in diesel only go for Altroz Diesel. Best option.
