Diane, I would have said something but with all of the aggravation I went through, I didn’t want to push my luck! I hope they send that bag right back to Tory Burch!!!
I ordered a Kurt Geiger purse from Bloomingdales. It arrived along with many other online purchases and I didn't check it closely. I never wore it but after a couple of months I noticed that they sent me a worn bag with the leather worn away on the front bottom corners. So yes, they sell defective returns instead of sending them back to the manufacturer.

I am so happy they took it back with no questions. Starting to think Bloomingdale might be aware of their bad rap and not good for business. Maybe Tory is on them too. Regardless shame on Bloomingdale! Thanks for the update.
I will not buy bags there again. I’m afraid now. Tory doesn’t care. Once they send items to their authorized sellers, they want nothing to do with it. Tory sold the bags to the wholesaler and got paid. This was really a mess!

I wonder if the bag you bought from Bloomingdale's was a fake-especially since they didn't check it when you returned it. 😬 People have been buying authentic items and returning fake ones to department stores like these.
I don’t know and at this point, I’m done with it! I don’t know if someone returned the bag originally or if it came from the floor. I only know that it’s damaged and it would have gotten worse.
