Wrong it was the other way around. Khloe would be friendly with their DASH employees by inviting them to lunch etc and Kourtney was the one who would get frustrated with Khloe for being overfriendly with their staff

What I’m so pissed at is one of the employees was like I have three kids at home and no help. Kourtney use’s her children as an excuse all the time. I can definitely relate to Kourt, and to what Koko said about hiring friends in your own company. My dad has a factory and my dad always asks me that if my friends would apply i should accept them because he knows my friends too but sometimes they just get too comfy with being friends with the owner. Like it would come to a point where they wouldn't work and get lazy at the work place whicg is unfair to the naturally hired applicant. I feel her.
Depends on the boss really. I work with my dad and he can switch to boss mode real quick and treats me as his employee and I respect that. It’s not until my work is completed that he goes back to father mode.

I don’t know the full story but at the end of the day, that employee was right, if Kourtney was rude and unprofessional to her and then the employee took that on board and has had enough and started treating Kourtney that way then Kourtney can’t be that shocked as she is. 100% as a boss you set the tone, and she did set the tone, and that’s why they responded that way, these are the kardashians and I imagine they are probably incredibly hard to work with.

I understand 💯 how you feel. I am a kind understanding boss and one of my employees took advantage of that. She started to be passive-aggressive then blatantly rude towards me. I fired them and now everyones work day is a flow😊😊
I have always said this and stand by it if your employees are not happy and leave you are doing something wrong in leading! These are hard times and Kourtney should have more curtesy regarding people’s time. But at the same time I understand her concern and feel the way to surpass this is organization organization organization loves !
I don't know how it works in other countries but from 9am to 4pm every work day (unless you have a different arrangement), your company owns your time. They are paying for that time, so it belongs to them. Your personal problems isn't their issue because when it's time to receive your pay, you won't Care if the company is suffering or not.
She can simply leave if she's not happy and not be rude to her boss. Friday is a work day. A time you're being paid for. If you can't make it, there are plenty of ways to express yourself or even come up with alternatives
