I think you’d really like Inscryption. It’s pretty different from these games in terms of gameplay, since it’s a roguelite card game, but it’s got a really strong story and a cool animation style. I’ve never liked turn based games, and I had never played a card game, but the gameplay turned out really fun and satisfying once I got the hang of it. Go into it blind if possible because it’s a lot more than it seems.
@OuaisAmelie Have you played slay the spire?
?
Both these games I was hesitant on, and ending up adoring. Play them.
yea i love all of these games and love inscryption
Second that. I had never played deckbuilders but I was HOOKED almost right away because the core gameplay is so solid.
But it's also one of those "don't look up anything about it" games that blew my mind several times
this guy deserves wayyyy more subs, keep up the good work
As a Finn, I can confirm that Cruelty Squad perfectly simulates life in Finland! Jokes aside, this was a really fun video to watch and you definitely got me interested in some of these games!
WANDERSOONGGGGGGGGG
Your list is missing
1. Bug Fables The Everlasting Sapling
2. Terraria
3. Shovel Knight
4. Battle Block Theatre
5. Slay The Spire
6. Yoku’s Island Express
7. A short hike
8. Gris
9. Islets
10. Pikuniku
11. Before Your Eyes
Talos 2 was one of my top games from last year. It’s a perfect sequel in how it follows on from the first game and the devs are super passionate about it. Hope you enjoy it when you eventually get around it to.
If you're willing to suffer for about 5 hours Furi is a great boss rush game, it's brutal but the soundtrack and combat makes it worth it
The OST is peak
Tunic sighted‼️‼️‼️‼️🗣🗣🗣🗣
I was waiting for it to show up 🙏
OH It's already out! Thanks for part 2! ^^
when i tell you i cried when i heard the first note of memories of memories in this video, i am not kidding
i finished Tunic and got all its achievements earlier this week and its one of the most incredible gaming experiences ive ever had.
Watching this video and your previous one was a real treat, im so glad these games impacted you to a similar level that they impacted me and i will absolutely try out the games on these lists that i havent played before.
Epic list
I spent FIVE FUCKING HOURS on the final Tunic puzzle. My brain hurt for a week after that.
100% worth it tho
Hi! I’m here to recommend you Firewatch if you haven’t played it yet. By the games you like I think you will really enjoy this one. Nice video!
so excited to play every game on this list(s)
since part 1 was mostly indie and 2d games i thought you left AAA games for part 2. i don’t know if you haven’t played it or if you decided to talk about indie titles, but as you probably know Rdr2, Bioshock and dark souls are great games, and if you have played them (and similar titles) i would love hearing you talk about them, just like i loved these 2 videos
Hollow knight ost not top 5?
Kinda asked the same thing
Ori and HK have pretty similar vibes so with Ori 2 being up there I can somewhat see it. It might just be when your exposed to it, but HK has one of, if not the best, OSTs in gaming.
Everybody gotta play the messenger. Underrated asf
Terraria has got to be mentioned in one of these
And Don't Starve :D
Neither might be your speed based on this list, but two of the best games not on this list are Stardew Valley and Rimworld. I have no problem recommending either and dropping hundreds of hours into either is surprisingly easy to do.
try "a short hike"
You(and everyone else) should definitely try crosscode
Have you played crosscode? One of the best top down action RPGs ever made
OH MY FUCKING GOD THERES WANDERSONG AND ITS YHE FIRST
Check out La Mulana if you liked Tunics endgame and outer wilds. Exploration is crazyyy
Man you should check out any of the fromsoftware souls games. Imagine a 3D hollow knight
Hyper light and hollow knight are top 2. Of all those.
Just a heads up, Talos principle 2 is different for sure. It’s more about story and has easier puzzles (but it seems like they might rectify that with the dlc that’s been teased). I still liked it but I think you should know that before going in
If someone haven't heard of Void Stranger and Cocoon, now you know.
You should check out phoenotopia awakening, I just watched both of your videos and goddamn I played most of them and the other part I havent played is on my list to be played. I think you will love nolla games games since you already mentioned baba is you. Noita and environmental station alpha are both amazing. I also played crosscode which is also quite amazing. And then there are so called metroidbrainias like fez, tunic and a game that came out recently, animal well. ( Animal well has a lot of secrets and I mean A LOT. )
your top games are screaming really loud that you would love risk of rain 2 (just sayin) + the music deserve a place in your top 5 (chris christodoulou is a divinity)
I don’t mean this offensively but how is Phasmophobia early access? Maybe I’m an idiot it’s just I’ve been on and off playing that game since like 2020, is it still somehow in early access? I’m just wondering because that bit confused me
Yes it is still in early access
Ive played most games from this list and from the previous vid. They are all extremely good. There are plenty more that could make a similar list. Animal Well, Inscryption, Gorogoa, Thronebreaker, Jusant, Journey, Valiant Hearts, En Garde!, Lunacid, GRIS, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Antichamber, Aragami, Pyre etc
Add webbed its great game
Powerwash Simulator is so relaxing. Its the perfect game to just throw on a livestream or podcast to and just wash some shit
Play fatum betula
Cool now SHUSH and go play death's gambit
